GLB EXPERT — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY. By installing or using GLB Expert
("the Software"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not
agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE
   The Software is licensed, not sold. A valid license key activates
   the Software on up to two (2) machines per license (a "seat"). You
   may move a seat between machines using the built-in deactivation.
   Without a license, the Software runs in trial mode with a limited
   number of exports.

2. PERMITTED USE
   You may use the Software to export SOLIDWORKS parts and assemblies
   to GLB, glTF, HTML and other supported formats for your own or your
   organization's commercial and non-commercial work.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software
   itself; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; or remove
   or alter any copyright, trademark, or license notices.

4. UPDATES
   A purchase includes updates for one (1) year. The Software may check
   for updates over the internet and notify you when a newer version is
   available. Update checking can be turned off in Settings.

5. DATA
   Activation sends a license key, an anonymized machine fingerprint,
   and the product version to the license server to enable and validate
   your license. See the Privacy Policy at https://glbexpert.com/legal.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE
   LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
   FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE.

8. THIRD-PARTY AND TRADEMARKS
   The Software includes third-party components under their own licenses
   (see Third-Party Licenses in the About window). SOLIDWORKS is a
   registered trademark of Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corp. glTF is a
   trademark of The Khronos Group Inc. GLB Expert is an independent
   product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.

9. REFUNDS AND VERSION UPGRADES
   You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason,
   by writing to support@glbexpert.com. On refund the license is deactivated
   and you must stop using the Software.
   Purchasers of any 0.9.x version receive version 1.0 at no additional charge.
